3.4 Cash on Delivery (COD)

For orders placed using the Cash on Delivery option, full payment in Indian Rupees (INR) must be made to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery, as delivery agents may not carry change.

Orsella reserves the right to withdraw the COD option for any order, region, or customer at its sole discretion, including in cases of repeated order cancellations or refusals at the time of delivery. If a COD order is refused or uncollected at the time of delivery without prior cancellation, Orsella reserves the right to restrict future COD orders from the same customer and to recover any associated shipping and handling charges incurred.

Orsella reserves the right to verify Cash on Delivery orders through telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other reasonable means prior to dispatch. Orders that remain unverified may be cancelled at Orsella’s discretion.

COD orders are subject to the same cancellation policy as all other orders. If you wish to cancel a COD order, please contact us prior to dispatch. Once a COD order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be permitted and the customer will be required to accept delivery and make payment as agreed.
